Learning Together

New Project starting very soon

We have had a very busy first term in The Priory Primary Nursery. Everyone has settled into the new routine and we have had lots of fun learning lots of new things. We have looked at familiar stories this term - The Gingerbread man week, we made gingerbread men, and we dressed up as scientists for science week and had lots of fun making crazy experiments. Julia Donaldson is one of our favourite authors – We have learnt about positional language with the Gruffalo and made Gruffalo crumble.

We made our own stick men during Stick Man week and mark maked with twigs!

Nursery have enjoyed dressing up for Halloween and made scary jelly and spooky soup. We have dressed in spots and raised lots for Children in Need, as well as dressing up for International Day, and talked about the many countries around our World.

The last few weeks we have been getting ready for Christmas, making cards, calendars and singing and performing in our Christmas Sing along.  We have finished this term off with a joint party for both sessions and showed off our groovy moves in Nursery’s disco.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone in 2018 for lots more fun and adventures.
