All after-school clubs are subject to limited spaces.

 

Places are given based on equality of gender, depreivation, EAL and SEND. Submitting forms early, to the office, will not mean that a place will be given, as some parents may not be able to return forms early. If a child already has a place on a club and they apply for another club in the week, they will be placed on a waiting list unless the desired club has availability.

 

A waiting list will be held for each club when clubs are full. Children are expected to attend every week, as stated in the club letters. If your child misses two weeks consequtively, then their place will go to another child on the waiting list.
