After school club information
All after-school clubs are subject to limited spaces.
Places are given based on equality of gender, depreivation, EAL and SEND. Submitting forms early, to the office, will not mean that a place will be given, as some parents may not be able to return forms early. If a child already has a place on a club and they apply for another club in the week, they will be placed on a waiting list unless the desired club has already got spaces.
A waiting list will be held for each club when clubs are full. Children are expected to attend every week, as stated in club letters, if your child misses two weeks consequtively, then their place will go to another child on the waiting list.
If you have any queries or suggestions for future clubs then please speak to Mr Patel or leave a message at the school reception.
Payment for clubs
Please use Schoolcomms to make online payment as this is our preferred method. If you are not able to do this then please ask for alternate methods with the school office.
Please note, all payements should be made before your child attends the club. Any occurence of non-payment may result in your child loosing their place and acceptance on future clubs. If you cannot pay, for whatever reason, then please speak to the school office immediately.
